To make or receive calls and SMS (when eligible), new users must be assigned to a number on your Aircall account.
Follow these steps to add a user to a number:

Go to the Admin Dashboard, then click the Numbers tab.

Select the number you want to assign users to.

Click Call Distribution, then click the Edit button (top right, green button).
You’ll now enter the Smartflows editor, where you can customize how incoming calls are routed.

In the editor, click Add Widget and select the Ring to widget.

In the input field, type the name of the user, team, or (internal or external) number you want calls to be routed to.
- Make sure the name is typed with correct punctuation so it can be found.

Adjust the widget’s settings as needed (e.g., ring duration).

Once you’re done, click Publish (green button, top right) to save your changes.
