The account owner can view the list of included Add-ons in their Aircall profile by navigating to the dashboard: My Company > Plan > Add-ons.
⚠️ The number of add-ons reflects the total number of *standard users included in the plan. This amount will be billed whether or not the units are activated.
*Standard User: This refers to the number of licenses included in your plan and does not account for any additional users.
💡 The price for additional users includes all add-ons, which means that the additional user price will be higher than the *standard user price on your invoices, as it combines all add-ons with the base unit price.

In this second example, the plan includes 3 *standard users, but there are only 2 active users. As a result, 3 bundles are billed in line with the minimum commitment.

Add-on trials:
You can sign up for a one-month free trial for specific Aircall add-ons directly on your Aircall dashboard. These trials will not automatically renew and will be cancelled at the end of the trial period (usually 1 month).
