In your dashboard, we've designed a feature that allows you to monitor the activity on your account as it happens. This means you can easily keep tabs on how many users are currently created and billed.
You can access this information by clicking on your company name in the lower left corner and then navigating to the Plan tab (see instructions on Accessing/Downloading your invoices & credit notes).
⚠️ Please note that only users with Owner privileges have permissions to access this information.
In the first column, you'll see the total number of units created, along with those already included in your plan (minimum billing). For clarity, we added a third column that states the number of additional units.
When additional units (whether users or numbers) are created, they are charged from the moment of creation, prorated to the end of your billing period.
Importantly, these charges are not dependent on usage. Once a unit is added to your subscription, the corresponding “seat” is made available for the entire time of your contract and therefore is not eligible for a refund.
💡 Tip: If you wish to modify your users and numbers, we recommend you first delete the ones that are not needed anymore and then add the other ones. Adding more users/numbers than the ones included in your contract will automatically trigger a new invoice for additional units, even if they are immediately suppressed.
Why am I billed for more users or numbers than the ones I have created?
It's important to clarify that the number of licenses (users or numbers) mentioned in your contract represents a minimum billing commitment rather than a strict usage requirement. This means that even if you have fewer licenses created on your dashboard (not necessarily activated), you will still be billed for the minimum number of licenses specified in the contract. This approach is common in many licensing agreements to ensure predictability and consistency in billing for both parties involved. By establishing a minimum billing threshold, it allows us to allocate resources and support services effectively to meet your needs, regardless of fluctuations in actual usage.
