As an Owner, within the Billing tab in the My Company section you can:
- Set up your Credit Card for the first time
- Set up your Direct Debit for the first time
- Update your Credit Card Details
- Switch to Direct Debit
- Switch to Credit Card

💡 Our tip: If you've already made a Direct Debit payment to Aircall, we strongly recommend not continuing with this process to avoid the risk of multiple payments. Please reach out to Billing Support if you have any questions.
Switching to Credit Card with Aircall has never been easier: Follow the guide that will provide you seven simple steps to assist you throughout the entire process:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on your company name, located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel
- Under the Billing tab scroll down to the Payment Method section
- Click on Use Credit Card
💡Our tip: To prevent potential payment issues check that your credit card is not expired and that it holds sufficient funds before proceeding with this process
- Fill in the required information and click on Confirm
- You have now successfully set up your Credit Card
You are now set up in Credit Card: please note that all your open invoices will be automatically processed with this new payment method starting from today.
Switch to Direct Debit
Switching to Direct Debit with Aircall has neer been easier: simply fill out a Direct Debit mandate directly from your Dashboard. Once it is submitted and approved by the bank the setup process is complete!

Follow the guide that will provide you seven simple steps to assist you throughout the entire process:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Click on your company name, located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel
- Under the Billing tab scroll down to the Payment Method section
- Click on Use Direct Debit
- A pop-up window from GoCardless will be displayed to set up Direct Debit with Aircall. Fill in the required information (Country, Account Name, Address, Town/City, Postcode) and click on Continue
- Fill out your bank details and click on Continue
- Take the time to confirm your details and click Set up this Direct Debit
- You have now successfully set up your Direct Debit mandate. A pop-up window informs you that a payment receipt will be sent to the email address you provided at the beginning of the process.
You are now set up in Direct Debit: please note that all your open invoices will be automatically processed with this new payment method starting from today. Please note that if you had some open invoices prior to updating your payment method, all your open invoices will be automatically processed within the next 24 hours.
