It is important when you are raising a ticket to include as much relevant detail as possible, which will allow us to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note:
- The billing team does not handle requests regarding subscription management (such as plan, contract amendments, billing frequency changes, etc.)
- The Customer Success Team will be able to assist you best in these cases. If you do not have a dedicated CSM you can reach the teams by email at customersuccess@aircall.io
How to Contact Aircall Billing Support:
- Head to https://support.aircall.io/hc/en-gb. Select Submit or View Requests
(On the top of the page, in the banner that has our Aircall logo on the left, to the far right side you will see "Submit or View Requests" in green letters in a white bubble.)
- Log In with your Aircall Credentials
- Select Contact Us -> Submit a request
(On the same banner horizontally as the Aircall logo, in the middle of the right hand side you will see "Contact Us" in white letters. When you click on it with your mouse, a white box will pop up that states "Submit a request". Select this to move forward.)
- Select your contact reason > Billing, Invoicing and Payments
( Underneath "Submit a Request" you will see the words: "Please select your contact reason below". Upon selecting it, you will see a drop-down with choices of topics.)
- Complete the form with as much detail as possible. (Including any attachments that may be relevant, such as payment proof for account reactivation, documentation like past invoices or credit memos, and screenshots)
