Symptom
When attempting to call phone numbers from an Aircall National Spanish number (a number starting with +34 902), the call fails to connect.
Cause
Spain numbers starting with 902 are prohibited from making outbound calls. This is due to regulatory and/or carrier restrictions, limiting this type of number for inbound calling purposes only.
Solution
If you are needing to make outbound calls with a Spanish number, make sure to use a number that does not begin with +34 902. Aircall offers +34 518 national format numbers, along with a variety of local numbers for making outbound calls.
