💡 Aircall has released new updates to the Front integration. With improvements to the user experience and functionality, here are the main changes users can look for:
Added Dashboard Settings
Users can now make settings adjustments directly in the Aircall Dashboard. Simply navigate to the Integrations & API tab, click on your Front integration in the My integrations section, then click the Settings tab.
Users can now choose if they would like contacts from Front to be synced with Aircall. For more information on Contact Sync, please visit: Synchronizing Your CRM's Contacts To Aircall.
SMS will now be logged in Front, just like calls!
Users can now choose if calls or SMS messages from new numbers should create a new contact in Front or not.
Insight cards will be shown in the Aircall phone displaying a link to the Front Contact page, a link to the Conversation page, and the Front Contact name and email.
