Insight Cards for HubSpot are now customizable from the integrations settings page in the Aircall Dashboard.
Admins can select up to 5 details to display on Insight Cards.

What insight cards are shown for HubSpot?
There are 4 different Insight Cards for HubSpot:-
Contact Insight Card - information about the contact that is calling/being called. If there are multiple contacts with the same number, the last updated contact will be presented in the insight card.

Company Insight Card - information about the company if a number was found in a company number field.

Deal Insight Card- if there is a deal associated with the contact, this card will be showing the information about the last deal updated associated with the contact.
- Ticket Insight Card - if tickets are being created for a certain type of call, information about the last updated ticket will be shown.

What are the fields/ attributes I can chose from for each card?
We have chosen to make available:
For each of the Custom Insight Cards you can chose attributes available in HubSpot for this object.
- All fields that are editable for the user
- Fields that are visible but not editable
- ⛔️ Fields that are not visible in HubSpot for the user/ only available in the backend for reporting etc. are not available to be chosen for the custom insight cards

What is the limit of attributes I can chose for each type of Custom Insight Card?
For each type of Custom Insight Card, 5 different attributes can be chosen. -
Can I turn off one type of Custom Insight Card?
Yes, each type of insight card can be turned off. You must select No from the dropdown: -
Can I chose custom fields I created in HubSpot for Custom Insight Cards?
Yes, fields created for each type of object can also be chosen for Custom Insight Cards as shown attributes. -
What are the default values in Custom Insight Cards when I install the integration?
There are default values for each type of Custom Insight Card that are shown when an admin installs the HubSpot integration. Admins can change these on the settings page.
Contact Insight Card:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Email
- Contact owner
Company Insight Card:
- Company name
- Company owner
- Last meeting activity
Deal Insight Card:
- Deal name
- Amount
- Deal Stage
- Pipeline
- Deal type
Ticket Insight Card:
- Ticket name
- Ticket status
- Pieline
- Ticket owner (Ticket owner will not be shown for new tickets) -
Can I have less information/attributes in Custom Insight Cards?
Yes! The maximum number of attributes is 5, but you can have any number from 0-5. In order to have less data, choose in order, starting from Detail 1, the attributes you would like to be shown. Once you have added all the attributes you would like, choose Nothing for the remaining attributes. -
Why can't I find the Nothing option in Company and for other default fields?
Nothing as an option is only available for fields that are not default in the moment of installation. In case the of company for example, there is no way to choose Nothing for any of the fields because all 5 fields are default fields in Company object.
Limitations

Some ticket creation attributes may be displayed as null in the ticket insight card. This is because when a new ticket gets created, the attribute values may not be populated yet. Examples of these attributes: Number of Associated companies, Number of times contacted

If multiple deals are associated with a contact, we only display one deal in the insight card (the latest one).
