When using the Aircall Phone via the Web Application or with the CTI in your integration, you will need to:

  • Use the most updated version of Google Chrome

  • Allow Google Chrome to access your microphone in Chrome settings

The steps below explain how to check and adjust these permissions.

Allow microphone and notifications in Chrome

Steps:

  1. Open a new browser session in Google Chrome.

  2. Go to the page where you are using the Aircall Workspace Web Application or your CTI integration.

  3. Click the lock icon located on the left-hand side of the address bar.

  4. In the drop-down menu that appears, set both:

    • Microphone to Allow

    • Notifications to Allow

Confirm site permissions via the video icon

Steps:

  1. On the right-hand side of the address bar, click the video icon.

  2. A drop-down menu will open.

  3. Select Continue allowing for this site.

  4. Click Done.

After completing these steps, Google Chrome will be allowed to use your microphone and notifications for Aircall when using the Web Application or CTI integration.
