If you would like to use a certain number on your Aircall account to make outbound calls on, but do not wish to be a part of the inbound call distribution, you can enable the Outgoing calls only feature on any particular number. This feature allows you to choose the number to use for outbound calls and to see all activity associated with the number in the desktop, mobile, and web applications.
Please note that at the moment, it is not possible to set up a number for inbound calls only.
How to set up outgoing calls only on an Aircall number

Log in to the Dashboard

Select the Number you would like to enable Outgoing calls only for. You can also search for the number in the search bar on the left side of the screen

On the number's page, click on the Teams & Users tab

Under Teams & Users, you will find the Outgoing calls only section

Click on Add user

Search for the users you would like to add to outgoing calls only

Click on Add
The user added to Outgoing calls only will find the number available to use in their application keypad, and can start their outbound calls. However, they will not receive any inbound calls to this phone number.
How to remove a user from Outgoing calls only
If you would like to displace a user from the Outgoing calls only option, you can do this by clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of the user details and clicking on Remove.
