After choosing an integration to connect with Aircall, you must assign your phone numbers to that integration to ensure call activity logs correctly. As an Admin, you can manage these assignments directly from the Aircall Dashboard.
Assign phone numbers from the Integrations page
Steps:
- Go to the Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API from the left navigation menu.
- Using the search bar, select the integration you want to configure.
Under the General tab, go to Connected numbers section.
Select Add numbers to add new numbers to the list.
- In the Add numbers popup window search and select one or multiple numbers. Selected numbers show a green checkmark.
- Click Confirm to finish.
Tip: After adding numbers, remember to configure your integration workflows. If calls are not logging correctly, review your integration’s troubleshooting guide to confirm all configuration requirements are met.
Remove a phone number from an integration
To remove a number:
- Open the integration from My Integrations.
- In Connected numbers, hover over the number.
- Select the three dots menu.
- Choose Remove number.
Assign phone numbers from the Numbers page
You can also assign integrations directly from a number’s settings.
Steps
- Go to Aircall Dashboad > Numbers.
- Search for and select the phone number you want to update.
- Open the Integrations tab to see which integrations are currently connected.
- Click Add an integration to assign the number.
To remove an integration, hover over the integration in the list, select the three dots, and click Remove.
These options allow you to manage number-to-integration assignments efficiently, ensuring data flows smoothly between Aircall and your connected tools.
