On some occasions, you may not be able to log into the Aircall Support Portal. This could be because:
- You do not have an Aircall Account
- Your credentials are not working for any Aircall Service (support.aircall.io, phone.aircall.io, etc.)
- Your credentials are not working for the Support portal only
- We need to manually verify your account details
I have a newly created Aircall Account that is not working
The most common cause of this issue, is that the account has not been properly created or validated. If you are having problems with a newly created account, check your inbox for emails from Aircall, requesting you verify the account and follow these instructions. Your Admin can help you validate your account or invite you to the service again.
I don't have an Aircall Account
If you don't have any credentials for Aircall, and would like to work with Aircall Support, it is best if you ask an Owner, Administrator, and/or Supervisor with an Aircall account to contact Support on your behalf, and CC you into the ticket using the CC option on the request.
My account is not working with support.aircall.io
If you can not access any of these options because you can not sign in to support.aircall.io, you can use this form to request help with login issues only.

If you have an Aircall account, but are having issues logging in, you will need to submit a ticket to request assistance logging in before you are able to submit tickets for other requests.
