The Aircall and Zoho CRM integration helps streamline your workflows by automatically logging call activity and reducing manual data entry. Setup takes only a few minutes. This article outlines the steps required to authenticate both platforms and configure your integration.

Before beginning, confirm that you have admin rights in both Aircall and Zoho CRM, and that you use the same email address for both accounts.

Install the integration

Steps:

  1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
  2. Search for Zoho CRM.
  3. Click Install integration.

You will then be guided through the configuration steps described below.

  2. Enter an Authentication name. A default name is provided, and any name is acceptable.
  3. Click Add. A pop up will appear.

Step 4: Choose how to handle numbers not found in Zoho CRM

If the caller's phone number does not exist in Zoho CRM, you can define what should happen.

  1. Choose whether to create new Contacts, Leads, Accounts, or Nothing in Zoho CRM.
  2. The value you enter must match exactly. It is case sensitive.
  3. If you type Nothing, no log will appear in Zoho CRM when a phone number is not found.
Note: Aircall does not support custom fields. Use only the default Zoho CRM fields to ensure proper functionality. The fields required by Aircall are Contacts, Leads, and Accounts.

Step 5: Select your Zoho environment

  1. Choose either Zoho.eu or Zoho.com.
  2. This must match the domain shown when you log in to Zoho CRM, for example: https://crm.zoho.com/crm/org123456789.

Once these steps are complete, your integration becomes active. You are ready to start using your Aircall and Zoho CRM integration.
