The Aircall integration with Outreach helps streamline your workflow by connecting call activity directly to Outreach. Setup only takes a few minutes, but you will need admin rights in both Aircall and Outreach before you begin.
Install the Outreach integration
Steps:
- Log in to the Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Find Outreach V3 and select it
- Click Install integration to launch the setup flow
- On the next page, click Authorize
- Under Select numbers, choose Add numbers
- Select the phone numbers you want to link to the Outreach integration.
- Click Add numbers in the bottom right corner to continue.
- If prompted, log in to Outreach.
- Once complete, click Finish to access your Outreach integration settings.
Important: You may skip selecting numbers during setup, but call activity will not log in Outreach unless at least one number is added. You can add or remove numbers at any time in the Aircall Dashboard.
After completing these steps, your integration is active and ready to use.
