The integration between Aircall and Shopify has a lot to offer when it comes to getting your team up and running. Aircall will instantly display each customer’s contact information, past orders, tracking numbers, order status, and links to Shopify during a phone call. That way your agents do not need to manually look for information when they make or receive a phone call.
The best part is that setting up the integration is a quick and easy process, and can be done directly from your Aircall dashboard.
⚠️ Before you start, ensure that you have Admin rights in Aircall.
How to Install and Configure Your Shopify Integration
First, navigate to the Integrations and API section of the Aircall Dashboard, and select the tab Discover integrations.
Find the Shopify integration, and click Install integration.
You will then be directed to the Aircall listing on Shopify’s App Marketplace. Here, you can select Add app.
Then select Install app for the Shopify store you would like connected to Aircall.
You will then be redirected back to the Aircall Dashboard. Here you can authorize the connection between Aircall and Shopify.
Now you are able to select which numbers you would like to connect to the integration. For these numbers, Insight Cards will appear on the Aircall phone for inbound calls.
Finally, confirm the numbers you’d like to connect.
🎉 And that’s it! You’re now connected and your Shopify integration is ready to go. You are all set to personalize phone interactions and provide great service to each customer.
⚠️ Please note that Aircall can only recognize a customer if the phone number is already present in your Shopify account. To ensure proper synchronization, please make sure that your contacts are fully updated.
