⚠️ Please note that the Aircall CTI within Zendesk is only compatible with the Google Chrome browser.
Making and receiving calls from Zendesk with Aircall is easy! Just follow these simple steps to configure your Aircall CTI within Zendesk:

Log in to your Zendesk account

Go to Settings

Click on Marketplace

Search and select Aircall, click on Install and press Done.
⚠️ Please note you will need Talk - Partner Edition seats in Zendesk for each agent that will be using the Aircall CTI.
That's all, congrats! 🎉
Once you access your Zendesk account, you should see your Aircall App on the top right corner of your Zendesk Dashboard.
Call Notes and Tags
In order to ensure all notes and tags are appropriately saved in the call logs, please make sure to click on the X in the end of call screen after each call. Should the page be refreshed, or the CTI closed, before clicking this X, notes and tags may not save.
