Now that you're more familiar with what the Front integration has to offer, follow the simple steps below to configure the integration.
⚠️ Before you start, make sure that you have admin rights in both Aircall and Front, and that you are using the same email address for both accounts.
Step 1: Add A Team Inbox
You will need to create a custom team inbox in order to integrate Front with Aircall.

Log in to your Front Dashboard

Click on the Inboxes tab

Add a New team inbox

Name your custom inbox (we recommend something like 'Aircall'), and click Create

In the Channels section, choose Custom. Enter a name (must be different than your Inbox name) then click Create channel

Click on the drop-down arrow for your channel then click the drop-down for API Endpoints

Copy your the URL in the Incoming section for use in a following step, then click Continue

Choose what rules, if any, you would like applied to your inbox

Choose which teammates can access your new team inbox and click on Create inbox

Choose any settings you would like to apply for your inbox, then click Finish
Possible Step 2: Copy Your API Endpoint
If you forgot to copy your API Endpoint when setting up your inbox, or no longer have it saved, you can find it again easily.

Go to your settings page in Front, then click on the Inboxes section

Click on the new team inbox you created

Go to the Channels section and click on your custom channel to find your API Endpoints again
In order to log incoming calls into this new inbox, you will need to paste the Incoming URL in the Integrations section of the Aircall Dashboard.
Step 3: Integrate Front with Aircall

Log in to the Aircall Dashboard

Select Integrations & API on the left sidebar menu

Click on Discover Integrations, then click on Front

Click on Install Integration
- Authorize the integration

Under Select numbers click Add numbers

Select the numbers you would like to have linked to the Intercom integration, then click Add numbers in the bottom right corner to continue
⚠️ Please note that you may choose to skip this step if needed, but in order for call activity to log in Front, at least one number will need to be selected. If you would like to add or remove numbers associated with your integration at any point, you can do so directly in the Aircall Dashboard.

Paste the Incoming URL, that you copied from your Front inbox, into the URL field

Click Add an Integration to connect Aircall to Front
