The Slack integration for Aircall allows you to send call activity and user events directly into one or more Slack channels. Follow the steps below to install and configure the integration.

Install the Slack integration

  1. Go to Aircall Dashboard → Integrations & API from the left sidebar. If you are migrating from an older Slack integration, select Slack under My integrations tab and disable it.

  2. In the search bar type Slack V2 and select it.

  3. Select Slack V2 and click Install integration. Then select Authorize.

Important: You may skip this step temporarily, but at least one number must be selected for call activity to be sent to Slack. You can add or remove numbers at any time in the Aircall Dashboard.
  1. If you are not logged into Slack, you will be redirected to Slack’s login page.

  2. Once logged in, you will be taken to an authorization screen. Select the Slack channel or DM where Aircall data should be sent, then click Allow.

  3. On the next page, choose the Aircall events you want to send to Slack, then click Next. If you would like more details on each event, please read our Developer documentation.

Note: For User events, the latest version i.e. V2 are now supported by Slack Integration.

  • Change the Slack channel or DM receiving Aircall data

  • Modify which Aircall events are sent

  • Add or remove connected phone numbers. For more information about how to add or remove numbers, please see our article Assigning your Phone Number to your Integration.

What you will see in Slack

Once configured, event messages will appear in the selected Slack channel or DM.
Examples include:

  • Users becoming available or unavailable

  • Missed or answered calls

  • Other call and user activity, depending on the events you selected

Note: You can install multiple Slack integrations. Each one can send different event types to different Slack channels.
