Take full advantage of Aircall’s HubSpot integration to log calls, create activities, and automate workflows directly in HubSpot.

Important: Before installation, make sure you meet the following requirements to ensure a successful setup.
• You must have Admin rights in both Aircall and HubSpot.
• The same email address must be used for both your Aircall and HubSpot accounts.
• All Aircall users should log in to both platforms using the same email address to ensure information logs correctly in HubSpot.

Installing your HubSpot integration

Follow the simple steps below to get started:

Follow these simple steps to install and connect Aircall with HubSpot:

Steps:

  1. Go to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API.

  2. Use the search bar to search for Hubspot, then select it from the results.
  3. Select Install integration to begin the installation process.

  4. When prompted, click Authorize in the bottom-right corner to grant Aircall access.
  5. Under Select numbers, click Add numbers.
    1. Choose the Aircall numbers you want to link to HubSpot.
    2. Click Add numbers in the bottom-right corner to continue.
Important: You can skip this step if needed, but at least one number must be linked for call activity to log in HubSpot. You can add or remove numbers later from the Aircall Dashboard. For step-by-step instructions, see Assigning your Phone Number to your Integration.
 
  1. If you are not already logged in to HubSpot, you will be prompted to do so.

  2. After logging in, choose the HubSpot account you want to integrate, then click Choose account.

  3. You’ll be directed to an authorization page:

    • If this is your first installation, click Connect app.

    • If the Aircall integration is already installed, you will see a checkmark confirming the connection.

  1. Once access is approved, your integration will be completed.

  2. Click Create a test call log to test the setup, or Return to dashboard to configure your integration settings.

Note: During installation, Aircall automatically creates custom contact properties in HubSpot to store information such as call outcomes and tags. These properties are required for triggering automated workflows.

If Aircall cannot create one or more of these properties, you will receive a notification. The integration will still activate, but full functionality will not be available until the missing properties are manually added to HubSpot. Check the article

Once setup is complete, you can configure call logging, ticket creation, outcomes, and other integration settings directly from your Aircall Dashboard.
