Changing up your team? No problem. Owner and Admin users can delete other users from the Dashboard as necessary.
⚠️ Please note:
- Once an Aircall user is deleted, they will no longer have access to their Aircall account or to any of the applications (mobile, web, and desktop).
- Deleting users will not delete recordings that have been made by the specific user, as recordings are associated by phone line.
- Admins cannot delete Owners. When an Admin tries to perform this action the 'delete' button will be greyed out for them. Only Owners can delete Owner users.
To delete a user, follow these instructions:

Log in to the Dashboard

Click on Users in the left-hand navigation menu

Find the user you would like to delete from the user list
From here, there are two ways you can delete a user.
First, from the user list itself:
Click the three dots at the far right of the specific user entry, then select Delete. A popup will then remind you that, in deleting this user, all user-related date other than call data and recordings will be deleted. If you're sure you'd like to proceed, click Delete again.
Second, from the user settings:
- From the user list, click the user you would like to delete from the user list. This will open the settings for that user

Go to the General tab

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Delete User
⚠️ Please note that it is not possible to log in as yourself and delete your own user account. You will need to ask a secondary admin or owner user to delete your account.
