As an owner, you’re able to easily manage your company information, access your plan details, and view your invoices within the Dashboard.
At the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel, you will find My Company. Here you can access the General, Plan, and Billing tabs.
General
In the General tab, you can manage your basic company information: delete or upload your logo, edit your company name or website information.

Plan
In the Plan tab, you can view the main details of your Aircall contract.
In the top section, you can check your plan name, the frequency at which your licenses are billed, the date of your next bill, and your contract renewal date.
Below this, you will see a table overview of the User, Number, and Team licenses included in your plan, as well as the current amounts of each and their associated costs.
The first row of this table provides you with the status of your User licenses:
- Number of currently active users on your account (A). Note that it is possible to have more active user licenses than the number included in your subscription.
- Number of users included in your plan (B)
- Price associated with the user licenses in your plan (C)

You may also wish to add user licenses beyond those included in your contract. In such cases, these will appear in the Extras columns, alongside the associated cost in the Extras cost column.
- Number of additional users on top of your plan (D)
- Price associated with these additional users (E)
In the Total Cost column on the far right, you will see the total amount of fees for your user licenses (those included in your subscription as well as any extras).
The second row of this table provides the same information regarding your Numbers, including the amount of active numbers you have, the amount of numbers included in your contract, the volume of numbers beyond your contract (if any), and the total costs associated with your numbers.
The third row of the table displays the number of active Teams included in your plan. Reminder: those on the Essentials plan are limited to three teams, while those on the Professional plan have no team limit.
The last row of the table displays the total cost of your current account. This includes the licenses from your subscription as well as any extra users and numbers.
Please note that this amount only includes fees related to your licenses and add-ons (Analytics+ and call bundles). It does not include potential additional costs related to your calls.
Please note that if you have subscribed to an optional feature (such as Analytics+), this will be visible in the Special Features section below the main table.
Your call options are listed in the Calls section below.
Billing
In the Billing tab, you are able to manage the following payment details and options:

View payment status and download invoices

Add or delete email recipients for invoices

Add or update a credit card
Please note: It is possible to manage only credit card information through the Dashboard. Other payment options are available depending on your market. These can be managed through the billing team - please contact them here if you are interested.
- View and edit your billing address information
Those in a trial period may edit the billing information for their company at any time.
If you are past your trial period and have subscribed to an Aircall plan, you can modify the following information:
- Address
- ZIP code
- City
