Aircall supports physical call controls for selected Jabra, Yealink, and Poly headsets. With a compatible device, you can manage calls directly from your headset, including answering, declining, muting, and adjusting volume, which helps streamline call handling.

Important: Physical controls are not supported in the Aircall Web Application or the Aircall Mobile Apps.
Note: Bluetooth headsets are not supported for physical call controls.
