New features
Ask Aircall
Ask Aircall is a new AI-powered chat experience available in the Dashboard. It brings together conversation intelligence and call analytics through the Ask AI Assist agent with Aircall product knowledge provided by the AI Assistant chat in a single, persistent interface.
Instead of navigating between Analytics, Conversation Center, and the Help Center, users can ask questions directly within their workflow and receive answers grounded in their Aircall data, AI insights, and product knowledge.
Salesforce - Health Check Monitor Tool
The Salesforce Health Check Monitor is a new Salesforce Lightning component that automatically runs diagnostic checks on a customer's Salesforce organization to identify configuration issues affecting the Aircall integration.
Improvements
Zendesk - Required re-authentication
Zendesk has updated its OAuth flow so that access and refresh tokens automatically expire. To remain compatible with this change, Aircall has updated the Zendesk integration to request new access and refresh tokens before they expire.
Existing refresh tokens begin expiring on July 28. To avoid service interruptions, customers must re-authenticate each installed Zendesk integration before that date.
How to re-authenticate:
- A banner containing a re-authentication link appears in the Zendesk Integration settings.
- Select the link and sign in to your Zendesk account.
- Once the process is complete, the banner automatically disappears.
Customers with multiple Zendesk integration installations may need to repeat these steps for each installation.
Zapier Integration - New triggers and actions
The Zapier V4 integration has been expanded with additional triggers and actions.
- New triggers: All eight User V2 events, AI Assist Pro Call Evaluation Created, and Call Evaluation Updated.
- New WhatsApp actions: Send WhatsApp Message in Agent Conversation and Send WhatsApp Message Skipping Aircall Inbox.
- New Messaging actions: Send Message Skipping Aircall Inbox, Send Group Message in Agent Conversation, and Send Group Message Skipping Aircall Inbox.
- New AI Assist Pro action: Get Call Evaluation.
Zapier now supports a total of 51 triggers and 48 actions.
Aircall Mobile - Ending support for iOS 16
Starting July 30, the Aircall mobile app no longer supports iOS 16 and earlier versions. Raising the minimum supported iOS version enables faster delivery of new capabilities and improved security.
Customers using iOS 17 or later simply need to update their device through Settings > General > Software Update. Customers using an iPhone X or older that cannot upgrade can continue using the Aircall web app, desktop app, or a newer supported device.
WhatsApp with Aircall - Template search and filtering
Agents can now quickly find WhatsApp templates using search and filters instead of browsing a single list.
- Search: Available for both agents and admins, matching template names and message content.
- Filters: Filter templates by category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication) and language. Filters can be combined to narrow results.
Admins also benefit from the new search capability in the Dashboard template list.
Integrations - Support for Intent-based routing and Outbound AIVA
Zendesk, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, and Jobber integrations have been enhanced to support AIVA Intent-based routing and outbound AIVA calls. These improvements ensure inbound calls routed through Intent-based routing and outbound calls made by AIVA are logged correctly in supported integrations.

New features
Outbound Campaigns - Branded Caller ID (US) - Beta
Branded Caller ID allows enrolled customers in the United States to display their company name and logo on recipients' devices instead of an unknown phone number, helping increase answer rates and build trust.
- Dashboard setup: Vetting and registration are managed directly from the Dashboard.
- Coverage: Available to approximately 90% of US mobile subscribers through First Orion. Display depends on the recipient's carrier and device, while calls always connect regardless of branding.
- Pricing: $0.08 per branded call, whether displaying the company name only or the company name and logo.
During the beta, the feature is available to a selected group of US customers who are onboarded with guided setup, including KYC and Dashboard configuration. The beta is free of charge and limited to one phone number per customer.
AIVA - Knowledge Base third-party integration for Zendesk
Customers can now connect Zendesk directly as a knowledge source for AIVA and AIMA. Instead of manually entering content or providing website URLs, customers can import articles directly from Zendesk, creating a single source of truth for their AI agents.
A new Third-party sources section has been added to the Add source panel, allowing customers to connect Zendesk, browse or search articles by title, and select the articles they want to import.
Because the connection is secure, imported content can include articles that are not publicly accessible. Selected articles count toward the existing 120,000-character knowledge base capacity and are managed like any other knowledge source.
HubSpot - CTI Quick Actions
Agents can now complete key HubSpot actions directly from the CTI end-call screen without leaving the Aircall dialer. They can associate calls with Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets, log the call outcome and type, and trigger follow-up actions such as creating tasks, enrolling contacts in campaigns, or adding them to sequences.
This improves record association accuracy, synchronizes call type and outcome directly with HubSpot call engagements, supports HubSpot automations and reporting, and streamlines post-call workflows while respecting each customer's existing auto-close settings.

New features
AI Assist - Playbook Performance
Playbook Performance gives managers new insights into how closely agents follow playbooks after each call. AI automatically calculates an adherence score based on the number of playbook sections covered compared to the total number of sections, with no manual overrides or "not applicable" option in this release.
Managers can now:
- View a per-call adherence score and per-section coverage indicators.
- See the average adherence score for each playbook in the Playbooks list.
- Access a dedicated performance page for each playbook with three tabs: Overview, Users evaluated, and Call evaluations, including filtering options.
Agents can view their adherence score for individual calls in Aircall Workspace. Performance insights are calculated after each call and are available on a per-playbook basis only. To access the feature, go to Dashboard > AI Assist > Playbooks and open a playbook to view its performance page.
Improvements
AI Assist - Generate Live Prompts from a knowledge base
Live Prompts can now generate suggested prompts from an existing knowledge source, such as a Help Center URL or a block of text. Instead of creating every prompt manually, admins can generate suggestions from their existing documentation, review them, and assign them as needed.
Connecting a knowledge source does not make answers appear automatically during calls. It generates suggested Live Prompts in the Dashboard for admins to review before publishing.
Live Prompts has also moved to AI Assist > Live Prompts, where it now includes two tabs: Prompts and Knowledge base.
AI Voice Agent - Drafts (Save, Test & Publish)
AIVA now supports drafts, allowing customers to save, test, and review changes before publishing them to production. Unpublished changes never affect live callers until they are explicitly published.
- New agents: Build an agent, save it as a draft, then activate it by connecting a number when ready.
- Existing agents: Save changes as drafts while the currently published version continues handling live calls. Publish changes when ready, or discard them.
