As required by French law, Aircall will launch electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) for its French clients on 1 September 2026. This article explains who this affects, what Aircall needs from you, and what to expect ahead of the launch.

Who this affects
This applies to clients whose billing address is in France.
What's happening
Aircall is currently preparing its systems to comply with this requirement. Ahead of the launch date, Aircall will proactively reach out to gather the data needed to register your account for e-invoicing, specifically your SIREN number and PEPPOL ID.
Check your VAT number
Aircall will also need your VAT number to be correct on your account.
Steps
- Go to Aircall Dashboard > Account > Billing > Billing Information.
- Check the VAT number.
Note: If your VAT number needs updating, contact Aircall Support.
What happens next
Aircall will contact all affected account owners directly once ready to register their data for e-invoicing. You don't need to reach out in the meantime, and no action is required until you hear from us.
