The Aircall–Jobber integration allows you to automatically log calls and messages to your Jobber account while displaying key client information directly in Aircall Workspace during calls. This article explains how to install the integration and configure its settings.
Install the integration from the Aircall Dashboard
Steps:
- Go to Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Search for and select Jobber in the All Integrations section

Click Install integration

Click Authorise to grant Jobber access to your Aircall account

Under Select numbers, click Add numbers, choose the Aircall numbers to connect, then click Add numbers

You will be redirected to Jobber:
- If already logged in, you will see the authorization page
- If not, log in first

On the Jobber authorization screen, click Allow Access
- Once redirected back to Aircall, click Finish to complete the installation
Note: You can skip the number selection step during installation, but at least one number must be connected for calls and messages to log in Jobber. You can add or remove numbers at any time from your Aircall Dashboard. For more information, please see Assigning your phone number to your integration.
Important: Jobber allows only one active connection per Jobber account. If you install the integration again using the same Jobber account, the previous integration will be automatically deactivated. A warning is displayed during installation.
Install the integration from Jobber
Steps:
- Log in to your Jobber account
- Select Apps from the left sidebar
- Search for and select Aircall

Click Connect
- On the authorization screen, click Allow Access
- You will be redirected to the Aircall Dashboard to complete authorization and number selection, following the same steps described above
Configure general settings
After installation, you will be redirected to the Jobber integration settings in the Aircall Dashboard.
From the General tab, you can:
- Enable or disable the integration (Active or Inactive)
- Set a custom name for the integration
- Add or remove connected Aircall numbers
- Delete the integration
Important: Calls and messages are logged in Jobber only for numbers connected to the integration. Activity from unlinked numbers is not recorded.
Configure the client insight card
By default, the integration displays a client insight card in Aircall Workspace with the caller’s name, email address, and company name for incoming calls. You can customize the fields displayed.
Steps
- In your Jobber integration settings, go to the Settings tab

Under Client Insight Card, set Display customized client Insight Card? to Yes

For each detail slot (Detail 1 to Detail 5), select a field from the dropdown
- Click Save changes
Note: You can map up to five fields to the custom insight card. The customization applies to all connected numbers. To revert to the default card, set the toggle to No and save.
Configure AI insights logging
If you have AI Assist or AI Assist Pro, you can control how AI-generated insights are logged to Jobber client records.
Steps
- In your Jobber integration settings, go to the Settings tab

Under AI Entities Logging Settings, set Log AI Entities in Jobber? to Yes
- For each insight type, choose how it should be logged:

- Click Save changes
Note: The default value for all AI insight settings is Internal notes. If your account does not include AI Assist or AI Assist Pro, these settings are locked and a message will prompt you to upgrade.
Configure Jobber settings
The Jobber Settings section controls how contacts are synced and created, how calls and messages are logged, and how AI Voice Agent calls are handled.
Contact sync
- Sync it to your Aircall phone: Sync existing Jobber clients (name and phone number) to Aircall
- Don't sync it to your Aircall phone: Disable contact sync
When enabled, updates made in Jobber are automatically reflected in Aircall.
Contact creation
- A new client: Automatically create a new Jobber client for unknown numbers
- Nothing: Disable automatic contact creation
This setting applies to both calls and messages. Contact creation is disabled by default.
Logging for new clients
Choose how calls or messages are logged when a new client is created:
- Internal notes
- New request
- Nothing
Logging for existing clients
Choose how calls or messages are logged for existing clients:
- Internal notes
- New request
- Nothing
The default setting is Internal notes.
AI Voice Agent call logging
- Yes: Log calls handled by the AI Voice Agent in Jobber
- No: Do not log these calls
Important: Before enabling AI Voice Agent call logging, ensure your AI Voice Agent is added to a Smartflow. Otherwise, this setting will have no effect.
