Messaging - Group SMS in US/CA

  • Group SMS for US and Canada numbers: Clients on all plans can now use their US and Canada numbers to send group SMS.
  • Availability: Available in Aircall Workspace on Desktop and Web app. Mobile support is currently under development.
  • Number eligibility: Strictly limited to US and Canada phone numbers with SMS and MMS capability.
  • Participant limit: Maximum of 10 people total, including the creator plus 9 recipients.

AI Voice Agent - Intent-Based Routing

We are enhancing the existing "Transfer Calls" settings in the AIVA profile. Once transfer is enabled, admins can define nuanced transfer behavior and configure intent-based branches. These branches appear in Smartflows as routing branches within the associated number's call flow.

HubSpot - Custom Summaries logging in HubSpot

  • Aircall now allows you to log AI Live Assist Playbook summaries and Custom Summaries directly in HubSpot. AI-generated call insights are recorded in call notes to improve visibility, tracking, and reporting.
  • Logged AI data appears on the relevant contact, company, or deal records, making it easier for teams to review structured call analysis directly within HubSpot.

Improvements

Analytics - Network Diagnostics (Essentials, Pro and A+)

  • Improved UI: In Network Diagnostics+, you can now click the Packet Loss, Jitter, or Latency tiles to drill down into the individual calls contributing to those metrics and export the call list for further analysis.

Routing - Flow editor enhancements

  • Clear visibility of non-executable widgets: Widgets placed after call-ending steps now appear with reduced opacity, clearly indicating they will not run.
  • Proactive warnings: “Add” buttons and disabled widget panels display warning banners when positioned after an end-of-line widget.
  • Ring To widget split: The previous Ring To widget is now divided into two distinct widgets:
    • Ring To: Routes to users and teams, the call continues within the same flow.
    • Redirect To: Routes to external numbers or internal numbers, the call enters a different number's flow.
  • Improved panel editor consistency: A standardized and more intuitive configuration experience across widgets, reducing setup errors and improving usability.

AI Assist - Custom Vocabulary

Custom Vocabulary helps AI Assist recognize and accurately transcribe words that are unique to your business, such as product names, technical terms, competitor names, or internal processes. Once added, these terms are automatically applied to all transcription services including real time transcription and call summaries.

AI Voice Agent - Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base section is now released to all users.

The Front V2 Integration has been deprecated today. Customers still on V2 can no longer use or install this version and must now install the new version V3.

Improvements

AI Assist Pro - Playbook Switcher

Playbook Switcher lets agents change the active AI playbook during a call so that summaries and conversation topics always match the live conversation.

  • Agents can choose a different playbook when the topic or stage of the call requires it.
  • Agents can turn playbooks off for calls that do not require structured guidance by selecting “No Playbook”.
  • The final AI summary is generated using the correct playbook based on the last selection.

Professional Plan with AI Assist

Starting today, the Professional plan includes AI Assist at no additional cost.

  • All Professional Plan customers now have access to AI Assist without purchasing an add-on.
  • Professional Plan list prices are unchanged.
