Zendesk has announced updates to their OAuth flow that will take effect on January 31, 2026. To ensure continued functionality, Aircall has released an updated version of the Zendesk integration.

If you already have the integration installed, you will see a notification banner in your Aircall Integration settings prompting you to re-authenticate your Zendesk account.

How to re-authenticate your Zendesk integration

Follow these steps to update your authentication and keep your integration running smoothly:

  1. Go to your Aircall Integration settings.
  2. Click Re-authenticate on the notification banner.
  3. Log in to your Zendesk account when prompted.
    • If you are already logged in, or once you complete the login, no further action is required.
  4. Aircall will automatically receive the required refresh token to maintain the connection.
  5. Once the process is complete, the re-authentication banner will disappear.
Important: You must complete the re-authentication before January 31, 2026. If you do not re-authenticate by this date, the integration will stop working and will need to be manually reinstalled to restore functionality.
Tip: We recommend completing this update as soon as possible to avoid any service disruption.
