A re-authentication notification may appear under HubSpot Integration settings within Conversation Intelligence. Clicking the Re-authenticate button currently does not resolve the issue, and the notification may persist.

Why Re-authentication Is Needed

Re-authentication is required to enable a new feature: Transcription Logging in HubSpot.

To use this feature, the following scopes must be enabled in your HubSpot account:

  • crm.extensions_calling_transcripts.read

  • crm.extensions_calling_transcripts.write
