Call recordings and Voicemails

The location of your stored data may differ, whether you created your account before May 3rd 2022 or after.

  • For accounts created before May 3rd 2022, your call recordings and voicemails are stored on AWS US West servers in Oregon, USA. However, this can be different if you agreed to have your call recordings and voicemails stored on other servers located in Frankfurt (Germany) or Sydney (Australia).
  • For accounts created after May 3rd 2022, your call recordings and voicemails will be stored in different server locations, depending on the country code of the first number you had when signing up with Aircall. Your call recordings and voicemails will be saved on the servers below:
    • On AWS US West servers in Oregon, USA, for a number with a country code of a North American country.
    • On AWS servers located in Frankfurt for a number with a country code of an EMEA country.
    • On AWS servers located in Sydney, Australia, for a number with a country code of an APAC country.
