To upgrade from the monday.com V1 integration to the V2 version, follow these steps:

  1. Install the V2 integration
    Install and configure the monday.com V2 integration by following the instructions in this article.
    You can use the same monday.com account currently used with the V1 integration.

  2. Delete the V1 integration
    After successfully installing the V2 version, go to the V1 integration settings in the Aircall Dashboard and click Delete integration.

  1. Uninstall the V1 Aircall App from monday.com
    In your monday.com account, go to:
    Administration → Apps → Installed Apps → Aircall, then click Uninstall.

Important:
Your Installed Apps list in monday.com will show both the Aircall and Aircall: Call & SMS Integration (the new Aircall App for monday.com V2 integration) apps. Make sure to uninstall only the V1 version (Aircall), not new App i.e. Aircall: Call & SMS Integration
