When installing the Aircall CTI package, you may encounter a Limit Exceeded error message. This occurs when the number of custom fields in your Salesforce organization exceeds the allowed limit.
Why this happens
The Aircall CTI package includes 27 custom fields. If adding these fields pushes your Salesforce organization beyond its custom field limit, the installation cannot proceed and an error message will appear.
How to fix the issue
Follow these steps to identify and resolve the limitation:

Review the number of custom fields already created for that object.
Identify any custom fields that are no longer required.
Once you’ve freed enough field capacity, reinstall the Aircall CTI package.
