Call Management - Allow Extensions Input Within IVR Messages

Callers can now input 3-digit extensions during audio messages (including IVR message) on Smartflows numbers to reach their desired contact seamlessly.

Even if a user is not part of a specific call distribution, their extension can still be dialed while the main number is ringing.

Example: If Agent 1 is not part of the call distribution for Number X, their extension can still be reached while Number X is ringing.

Call Management - Warm transfer to Team

Calls are now able to be warm transferred to teams, rather than just individual agents or numbers.
