In Aircall Analytics dashboard, IVR branch filters are generated based on actual call activity. This means that branches continue to appear as long as calls have been associated with them.

How IVR branches appear in filters

The filter displays all IVR branches that have associated calls. If a branch has never been used, it will not appear in the filter, and deleting it removes it entirely.

Why deleted branches remain visible

If at least one call has passed through an IVR branch, that branch will continue to appear in the filter even after it has been deleted. This happens because filter options are derived from historical call data, not from the current IVR configuration.

When new branches appear

Newly created IVR branches will only appear in the filter after at least one call has been routed through them.
