Estimated Waiting Time

Aircall's Waiting Music widget will be renamed to Waiting Experience. A new feature will be added that provides callers with an approximate time for how long they will need to wait before being connected to an agent.

Live Monitoring - Flexibility of SLA and unanswered calls

Live monitoring now offers a more flexible way of calculating SLA and unanswered calls KPIs.

Users are now able to choose which reasons to include or exclude for Unanswered calls when it comes to SLA or unanswered calls KPIs calculations, and save those settings for later.

Network dashboard available in Essentials plan

The existing Network dashboard will begin rolling out to users on the Essentials plan.
