This guide explains how to install, verify, and uninstall the integration between Aircall and Sellsy. The integration is developed by Aircall certified solution partner AOS and is available to all Aircall customers at no additional cost beyond your existing Aircall and Sellsy subscriptions. Review these requirements before starting the installation.
Important: If you already have an active installation and want to reinstall, remove the existing integration from Aircall before starting again.
Note: Make sure your Aircall number settings are configured before installation. This includes recordings, call routing, and Transcriptions.
Important: Select the international phone number format in Sellsy. The integration cannot match contacts by phone number unless this format is enabled.
Note: To display call summaries, sentiment, and conversation topics in Call activities, you must have the Aircall AI package activated.
Install the integration
Steps:
- In Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Search for Sellsy, then select the integration.
- Click Install integration.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- When installation is finished, place a test call to confirm everything is working.
- Call an existing contact. If the contact appears in the Aircall insight cards, the integration is active.
Note: Contact sync may take up to 20 minutes after first installation. All other features will work immediately once the integration is successfully installed.
Uninstall the integration
To remove the integration, uninstall it directly from the Aircall Dashboard.
Steps:
- In Aircall Dashboard > Integrations & API
- Select Sellsy.
- Choose Uninstall.
After you uninstall the integration from Aircall, it will also be automatically removed from Sellsy.
