Overview
When setting up Aircall with HubSpot Help Desk, you may find that Aircall does not appear as a selectable calling channel, even after following the setup steps. This behavior is expected if your HubSpot account is not enrolled in the required beta program.
This article explains the symptom, root cause, and how to resolve the issue.
Symptom
When following the steps in Integrate Aircall with HubSpot Help Desk (Beta) and navigating to:
Settings > Help Desk > Connect a channel > Calling > New
Aircall is not listed as an available calling channel option.

Cause
Important: Aircall appears as a calling channel in HubSpot Help Desk only if your account is enrolled in the Calling Apps in Help Desk beta program.
If your account is not opted into this beta, HubSpot will not display Aircall as an available option, even if the Aircall integration is already installed.
Solution
You must opt in to the Calling Apps in Help Desk beta in HubSpot.
Steps:
Log in to HubSpot.
Click your profile picture in the top right corner.
Select Product updates.
In the left-hand menu, click In beta.
Search for Calling Apps.
Click Join beta for Calling Apps in Help Desk.
Note: After joining the beta, it may take a few minutes for the change to apply.
Log out of HubSpot and then log back in.
Return to Settings > Help Desk > Connect a channel > Calling > New.
Confirm that Aircall is now listed as an available calling channel.
Tip: If Aircall is still not listed after opting into the beta and waiting several minutes, contact HubSpot Support for further assistance.
Summary
If Aircall is missing when adding a new calling channel in HubSpot Help Desk, your account is not enrolled in the Calling Apps in Help Desk beta. Opting into this beta and refreshing your session resolves the issue in most cases.
