You can restrict outbound calling so that users can place calls only to one specific country, while blocking all other outbound call attempts to different destinations. This helps control costs and prevent unauthorized international calls.
Supported destinations
At the moment, this restriction can be applied to outbound calls for the following destinations:
- Germany
- Spain
- Australia
- France
- United Kingdom
- USA and Canada
- New Zealand
NOTE:
Additional destinations are expected to be added in the future.
How to apply this setting
To allow outbound calls only to one specific country, this setting must be enabled by Aircall.
Steps:
- Identify the country you want to allow for outbound calls.
- Contact Aircall Support.
- Request that outbound calls be restricted to your chosen destination.
Once applied, all outbound call attempts to other countries will be blocked.
