Overview

Aircall regularly improves the Aircall Dashboard experience. If you cannot see recent updates, the issue is usually related to your browser cache. Refreshing the page, or performing a hard refresh, typically resolves the problem.

Symptom

You are aware that enhancements have been made to the Aircall Dashboard, but those changes are not visible when you access it.

Cause

Browsers store cached versions of web pages to improve loading times. Sometimes, this cached data prevents the latest version of the Aircall Dashboard from displaying correctly.

A standard browser reload may not always be enough to load the most recent updates.

Solution

Perform a hard refresh in your browser. A hard refresh clears the cached version of the page and forces the browser to load the most up to date content.

Note: A hard refresh may log you out of some websites or remove temporarily stored data specific to the page.
To completely clear your browser cache, use your browser settings. This removes cached data for all websites, not only the current page.

Steps to perform a hard refresh

Google Chrome

  • Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + F5, Shift + F5, or hold Ctrl and click the Reload button.
  • macOS: Press Command + Shift + R, or hold Shift and click the Reload button.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Windows or Linux: Press Ctrl + F5 or Shift + F5.
  • macOS: Press Command + Shift + R.

Microsoft Edge

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R.
  • macOS: Press Command + Shift + R.

Safari

  • macOS: Press Command + Option + R.

After performing a hard refresh, return to the Aircall Dashboard and verify whether the latest changes are now visible.
