e164_digits attribute in Aircall Webhooks
Aircall has added a new attribute, e164_digits, in the Number object which will represent numbers in e164 format as the digits attribute only represents numbers in International format.
This attribute will be added to Number, Call, User, and Message events, as well as events also containing the Number Object.

Sentiment analysis in Salesforce integration
Aircall will now log sentiment analysis in the Salesforce V3 and V4 integrations along with the other AI insights that are currently logged.

User Status Panel enhancement
Aircall has introduced an update that allows customers to have the user status panel open while still having full access to their live call list, making the experience of monitoring users' live activity even more seamless.
AI Call Transcript Integration in to Zendesk
Users who have the Aircall AI package will now be able to view AI call transcripts as part of Zendesk internal notes.
