Drill down into SMS

It is now possible to drill down into the individual SMS and MMS metrics in the overview dashboard with a simple click on the metric.

Custom insight cards in Salesforce

Now it is possible to customize the information that is shown in insight cards for the Salesforce V3 integration.

Download the RIS information

We have introduced a new feature that allows users to consult and download KYC (Know Your Customer) information submitted by customers during self-service number purchases. This KYC data will be accessible on the number’s detail page within the admin portal and can be viewed or downloaded by users with the appropriate permissions.
