Messaging Public API - Send message within agent conversation

Aircall is allowing users to send SMS via API that will be stored in Aircall and be visible by the agents in all Aircall apps, via a specific endpoint.

Agents will be able to continue the conversation via call or message in the Aircall apps, meaning that the client can combine the use of the API and the Aircall app to converse with its recipients.

This dashboard provides comprehensive insights into customers’ network quality and performance, enabling them to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Logging sentiment analysis is now available in the Salesforce V3 and V4 integrations, along with the other AI insights that are currently logged.

The To-do page has moved to an Inbox concept, merging messages and calls. The History page has moved to the top navigation instead of the lower bar.
