Users with an admin role can use default templates when configuring a number's call distribution for the first time, or while editing an existing configuration, allowing them to quickly setup a call distribution scenario.

Admin and manager users can now set up a tracker to identify when important words, phrases, or concepts are mentioned in conversations. They can follow how their topic of interest trends in calls, the sentiment of the calls where these topics appear, and also which agents are most engaged.

Messaging public API - Send Messages

Aircall has introduced new messaging API endpoints to allow users to send messaging via API.
