Currently, Aircall does not offer a dedicated sandbox environment for testing. However, if you need to conduct tests, you can do so by creating temporary test users and numbers within your existing account.

How to conduct tests

Steps

  1. Create test users and numbers: During the test period, create new users and numbers within your account. 
  2. Label as "TEST USER" or "TEST NUMBER": Name these users and numbers as TEST USER or TEST NUMBER to clearly identify them as test entities.
  3. Delete after testing: Once your tests are complete, delete the test users and numbers.
