When creating a new user in the Aircall Dashboard, you may find that you can enter the First name and Last name, but cannot proceed because the Confirm button is greyed out and you cannot scroll to complete the remaining required fields. This article explains why this happens and how to fix it.
Symptom
When attempting to create a new user:
You can fill in the name and surname fields.
The Confirm button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked.
You may be unable to scroll down the page to view or complete other required fields.
As a result, you are unable to complete the user creation process.
Cause
This behavior is usually caused by the page not displaying correctly in your browser. The most common reasons are:
Browser zoom level set too high or too low
Display resolution or window size causing parts of the form to be hidden off-screen
Because required fields are not visible or accessible, the form remains incomplete and the Confirm button cannot be activated.
Solution
Try the following steps in order to restore the correct display and complete user creation.
Reset your browser zoom
Open the browser window where the Aircall Dashboard is displayed.

Reset the zoom level:
On Windows: Press Ctrl + 0
On Mac: Press Cmd + 0
Check if you can now scroll through the page and if the Confirm button becomes clickable after filling in all required fields.
Try a different browser
If resetting the zoom does not help:
Open a different web browser (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari).
Log in to the Aircall Dashboard.
Try creating the user again and check whether the Confirm button becomes available after completing all fields.
3. Clear cache and cookies
If the issue persists in the same browser:
Open your browser settings.
Clear the cache and cookies.
Close and reopen the browser.
Log back in to the Aircall Dashboard and try again.
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Some browser extensions can interfere with page layout or functionality:
Disable any extensions or add-ons that might affect content display (for example, ad blockers or script blockers).
Refresh the Aircall Dashboard page.
Try creating the user again.
Try another device
If none of the above steps resolve the issue:
Log in to the Aircall Dashboard from another device (for example, another computer or laptop).
Try creating the user again.
