Determine the Billing Period

It is essential to know the period during which the call was made. For example, if an invoice was issued on March 19, 2025, all calls billed on this invoice were made between February 19, 2025, and March 18, 2025.

How to Find Information About the Calls to Colombia

To find details about the calls, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your Aircall dashboard

  • In the left-hand menu, click on Analytics, and then select Call History from the dropdown.

  • Filter first by selecting the relevant date range. In our case, it will be from February 19 to March 18.
  • Then, filter the results by choosing all numbers with the Colombian country code +57 (you can find all country codes here) and click Update.
  • This will display all details about calls made to +57 during the specified period, including: the date, users who made the call, duration, etc.

Finding Multiple Calls to Colombia Without Exact Numbers

If you have more than one call to Colombia and don't have the exact numbers, follow these steps:

  • Go to Analytics -> Call History
  • Select the date range (Feb 19, 2025, to Mar 18, 2025) and set the Call Type to Outbound, then click Update
  • This will show all calls made during this period
  • To sort by customer number, click on the arrow next to Customer Number. This will sort the numbers in ascending or descending order, whichever you prefer.

  • Scroll down to find all calls made to +57.

Please note that the table shows a maximum of 1000 calls. To access the full data, you can download it.

To do this go to the three grey dots at the top right of the table, and click on Download.
