The amount of historical data available in Analytics depends on the type of dashboard you are using. Aircall offers two main categories of dashboards, each with different data retention limits.
Dashboard categories
Non-Analytics+ dashboards
These dashboards provide access to a maximum of 6 months of historical data.
Analytics+ dashboards
These dashboards offer access to unlimited historical data, with some variations depending on when your company joined Aircall and when you subscribed to Analytics+.
Unlimited historical data in Analytics+
If your company joined Aircall on or after January 15, 2022
After subscribing to Analytics+, you will be able to view all calls from the moment your company joined Aircall, regardless of when you subscribed to Analytics+.
If your company joined Aircall before January 15, 2022
The amount of historical data available depends on your subscription date:
- Subscribed before January 15, 2022: You will see data from a few weeks prior to your subscription date.
- Subscribed on or after January 15, 2022: You will see data starting from January 15, 2022.
Data for deleted numbers and users
Note: In all Analytics dashboards except Analytics Pro, Aircall continues to track and display activity from deleted users and phone numbers.
