Aircall Admins can now import an existing call flow configuration to another number. This feature helps save time when setting up new numbers or replicating call flows across existing numbers.

Import a call flow configuration to a new Aircall number

Before importing a call flow configuration, ensure that you already have at least one number using a call flow that you want to copy.

Steps:

  1. Create a new number following the usual process in your Admin Dashboard.

  2. Once the number is created, select it from the Numbers section and go to the Call distribution tab.

  3. Click Build your call flow.

  4. When prompted, select Import an existing call flow configuration or Build from scratch.

Selecting the import option will allow you to reuse the structure and configuration of an existing call flow configuration.

Choose what to import

When importing a call flow configuration, you can choose the level of configuration to import:

OptionDescriptionRecommended use
Steps only (not configured)Imports only the structure of the call flow without any configuration. You’ll need to manually configure each widget (ringing rules, business hours, messages, etc.).When you want to replicate the flow’s structure but not its detailed setup.
Full configurationImports the entire call flow with all existing configurations. When you want identical behavior across numbers or only plan to adjust a few details.
Number settingsCopies the number’s Settings tab, including features like callback requests, call recording, and call transcription. When you want consistent feature settings between numbers.
Connected integrationsReplicates integrations linked to the source number (for example, HubSpot or Salesforce). When you want to maintain the same integrations across numbers.

After selecting your desired options, click Confirm to complete the import. Once the import is finished, you can edit or publish the new call flow as needed.
