New release of the Intercom messenger Integration which delivers stability improvements.

New User Interface improvements in Smartflow editors to help better guide Admins on building smartflows and fixing errors with configurations.

Smartflow Migration Tool

Our Smartflow migration tool has some new productivity enhancements to avoid clicks for Admins and improve "pre-loaded" flows when using the tool.

We are deploying a new Analytics dashboard for User Activity. This is currently in beta and will be deployed to customers late September to early October.

Improvements

Segment Integration v2

It's our new version of the Segment integration built on the Aircall Integration Manager (AIM). The new version is has exactly the same features as the previous version, but built on our own technology platform.

Phone Design

We have implemented some updated designs in the phone app on the desktop.
