Layout change for Users, Numbers and Teams

We are moving to a new list view for customers on Users, Numbers and Teams. This will become available to customers towards the end of the month and early September.

The list view will show the related information, in a table rather than tiles.

Plan visibility in the Aircall Dashboard

We have released a new feature on the Dashboard so that customers can see more information about their Aircall Plan. This will be released to all customers during the remainder of the month.

Compliance - Spain numbers

There are new Telecommunication compliance requirements for Spain phone numbers. As a result, the experience when purchasing these numbers has changed.

Conversation Center

We will begin implementing and rolling out a new Conversation Center dashboard item to customers, which will enable better access to call recordings.
