Overall, there are now more avenues to initiate a text message from the app and general improvements to User Experience flow.

Unanswered Calls+ Dashboard

This new dashboard gives users the ability to track and minimise unanswered inbound calls, by highlighting when and why these calls are being missed. This feature is being rolled out to Analytics+ Customers.

Sunsetting Zoho V1

Zoho V1 Integration will be sunsetted by July the 5th. Customers need to update the integration to use Zoho V2.

Call Reconnection

In case of a network or 100% packet loss during an active call, Aircall will now attempt a reconnection for 15 seconds, with an informative message shown on the app.
